This machine adopt high configuratin brand parts, steps from (manual load the bottle into the molds, use this to correct the bottle positions, also have automatic one-load the bottle automatically), filing the material into the bottle, Manually load the cap or load the glue cap automatically and then screw the caps of bottle with the screw head. The vibrating plates would be customized based on customer’s cap. Two vibrating disk would be used for inner plugs and outer cover.

This machine speed can reach at least 30-60 bottles per minuter based on bottle material and filling volume. Adopt the vibrating disk to convery the cap. Special motor to screw the cap and can ensure the lid tightness. Use photoelectric eye to detect whether the bottle is missing, automatic alarm, no bottle no filling, no cap no capping.
