The machine mainly features:
1. With automatic skin removal function, automatic weight detection, and automatic diving and filling
2. Set the required filling weight arbitrarily within the design scope.
3. The deceleration system is adopted at the end of the filling process, which automatically slows down when close to the quantitative value to prevent overflow and ensure the accuracy.
4. Adopt anti-drip filling mouth and anti-drip feeding plate to prevent material leakage
5.Using double row or three row conveyor belt, push rod type into the bucket, greatly save the site space


Product Principle:
The weighing filling machine uses the characteristics of high measurement accuracy of the electronic scale to connect the electronic weight signal sensor with the data line of the weighing control instrument. During the measurement process, the pressure signal of the electronic scale is continuously transmitted to the control instrument, and the control instrument controls the pump and closes the pneumatic valve when the preset quantitative weight is reached.This weighing filling machine uses pipe and tank connection, adopts self-pressure filling, and is accurately weighed by the equipment itself high-precision weighing system.The built-in 2 sets of feed system can switch system for filling two different kinds of material properties.
