This L45 Silicone Tube Filling Machine is used for the metal and aluminum tube filling and sealing. It has been widely used in pharmaceutical, cosmetics,  chemical, adhesive and other industries, the main materials such as such as paste, ointment, creams, pigments, adhesives, AB glue, epoxy glue, hair dye, shoe polish, toothpaste, silicone etc., are all applicable.


Working process:

The tubes are put into the molds automatically-benchmarking-filling-4 times folds sealing(Flatten-bend the bottom180°-clamp the bend part-bend 180°again-clamp the bend part again-bend the bottom 180° at the opposite direction-clamp again)-then output finished tubes.
