Automatic servo drive filling and sealing machine can realize empty spoon detection, automatic quantitative filling, automatic film placing, automatic heat sealing, finished products output, the capacity. The equipment according to different number of stations can achieve 5000-12000 spoons per hour, suitable for food and beverage factories of mass production requirements.

The machine adopts 304 stainless steel material as the main design, with anodized aluminum alloy parts, to ensure the machine can run for a long time in the harsh production environment such as wet oily steam, the filling system can be equipped with CIP in-place cleaning components, the body and mold can be directly washed and cleaned by water.

The machine adopts high quality imported electrical and pneumatic components, which can ensure the whole machine to run stably and reliably for a long time, reduce equipment failure, and improve the overall production capacity.

Feature:

Driven system: servo motor with gearbox for the spoon molds stepping running, it can moves the filled spoon very fast but avoid material splashing because the servo motor can start and stop with uniform velocity, and also high positioning accuracy.

Empty spoon loading function: it adopts spiral separating and pressing technology which can avoid the spoon damaging and deforming.

Empty spoon detecting function: it uses photoelectric sensor or optical fiber sensor to detect the mold have the empty spoon or not, it avoids the mistake filling and sealing if the mold without spoons, reduces the product waste and machine cleaning time.

Paste filling system: the poor flow paste material adopts split piston filling system, high filling accuracy, convenient disassembly and cleaning, simple and reasonable structure, stable operation.

Film system: this component is composed of film storage frame and vacuum sucker turning manipulator, which can automatically place the film on the filling spoon with accurate position and high stability.

Heat sealing system: the system is composed of Omron PID temperature controller and electric perm. The cylinder is the driving force. The temperature fluctuation of heat sealing is less than 2 degrees, and the sealing quality is stable.

Discharge system: it makes up by cup lifting and pulling system, faster and more stable.

Automation control system: it makes up by PLC, Touch screen, servo system, sensor, magnetic valve, relays etc.

Pneumatic system: it makes up by valve, air filter, meter, pressing sensor, magnetic valve, air cylinders, silencer etc.

Safety guards: it is optional function, it makes up by PC clear plates and stainless steel, has safety switches which protects the operator.
